Australian entertainer Shane Jacobson is getting ready to marry his long-time partner, Felicity Hunter.

Shane has confirmed to TV Week he will marry Felicity, surrounded by family and friends, next weekend (February 17).

“Felicity is my best mate, my partner, and she will be my wife in a week – there is a wedding coming up,” Shane, 47, reveals.

The Little Big Shots host says the wedding will be a celebration for his family and friends as much as it is for himself and Felicity, including his four children aged 12, 8, 6, and 3.

The couple were engaged in a restaurant where the real-life Bachelor couple, Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich, were also dining. Shane and Felicity met at a function in Sydney, in 2007 and hit it off straight away, and have been together ever since.

The family live on a six-acre farm outside of Melbourne.

Shane has had more than a decade in the spotlight, after becoming a household name in Australia thanks to his huge hit Kenny in 2016. All these years later, he says he is blessed both personally and professionally.

“I always dreamt of being an actor, and it has all came true,” he says.

As well as another series of Jack Irish that will wrap filming in Melbourne before he gets married, series two of the Channel Seven hit, Little Big Shots will happen this year. And he has another five movies set to come out.

He wouldn’t have it any other way.

“It’s incredibly busy, but it’s always been like that for me,” he says.

“That’s not to say I don’t like down time, because I love down time, but it’s not really down time. The down time is with the kids, and they are so full of energy, I love it.”
