It looks like Carrie Bradshaw and Samantha Jones are still as thick as thieves!
SJP took to Instagram to wish Kim Cattrall a very happy 60th birthday.
“Happy birthday you beauty,” she penned alongside a throwback shot of Kim.
“Sending love and the very best for a perfectly marvelous, joyous, healthy and adventure filled birthday year. Your ol’ pal, fellow mischief maker and ‘sister’, Sj xxx.”
The gang back in 1998, at the screening of their then-new show called Sex and the City.
The sweet tribute comes a long way since talks that the pair were once feuding.
Despite playing onscreen best friends on the hit HBO series, which aired from 1998 to 2004, there have been numerous reports that SJP and Kim clashed regularly.
Adding fuel to the fire, it’s been widely reported that the sitcom’s leading star received a bigger pay package, compared to her co-stars – which lead to Sarah and Kim’s rumoured falling out.
The issue of money and their ongoing feud was allegedly the reason behind delays for the show’s two spin-off films, 2008’s Sex and the City and 2010’s Sex and the City 2.

In 2010, Kim denied the rumours.
“People don’t want to believe that we get on. They have too much invested in the idea of two strong, successful women fighting with each other,” the actress told The Mail on Sunday at the time.
“It makes for juicy gossip and copy. The truth of us being friends and getting along and happily doing our jobs is nowhere near as newsworthy.”
Before adding, “I think Sarah is fantastic.”
“She is a born leader and she guides the crew and the cast in such a strong but gentle way.”
“She and I are sick of this. It’s exhausting to talk about it, and a real bore. Next?”

The duo play onscreen besties
That same year, Sarah chatted to Marie Claire about working with her strong female castmates including Kim, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis.
“When you’re on set, you’re working 90-hour weeks, you’re never home, you’re exhausted.”
“There are times when all of us have been sensitive and sometimes feelings get hurt,” she explained.
“But I don’t have any regrets about how I’ve treated people.”
