Media giant Rupert Murdoch is dating Mick Jagger’s ex, Jerry Hall, Mirror reports.
Until now, the couple have kept their relationship a secret but are now set to go public by attending next Saturday’s Rugby World Cup final.
The romance started after the couple were introduced in Australia by one of Murdoch’s sisters and his niece.
Confirming the relationship, a close family friend of Murdoch told Mail on Sunday, “It’s all very new. They are enjoying each other’s company very much. He is very fond of her. There is no question they are a couple.”
It follows time spent together in California and a recent outing to see the hit Broadway musical Hamilton in New York.
It’s the first serious relationship 84-year-old Rupert has had since the end of his marriage to Wendi Deng, 46.
Ex-model Jerry Hall began dating Rolling Stones singer Jagger in 1977. The couple officially split in 1999.
