There’s nothing we love more than an adorable throwback pic of a celebrity in their dorky pre-teen/teenage phase and Rose Byrne most definitely delivered with her latest Instagram picture.
The Australian-born actress shared a vintage snap of her younger self in her bedroom and it’s safe to say that Rose had a teeny bit of an obsession with pop princess, Kylie Minogue.
In the photo, a young Rose can be seen sitting on her bed smiling sheepishly at the camera whilst the walls behind her are decked out with so many Kylie posters that you can hardly see the walls!
The Bridesmaids star simply captioned it: “big fan @kylieminogue” but it was Kylie’s personal reply that was the cherry on top of this eighties/nineties cake.
“Oh Lady ROSE!!!! You have stolen my heart with this! I’m gonna cover my walls too. With YOU! 💖” Kylie exclaimed in the comments.
We think we’ve found the president of the Kylie Minogue fan club.

“THIS. IS. GOLD! @fullyrosebyrne melted my 💖 with this post. I LOVE YOU ROSE! 🤪🙌🏻👩🏼🦱,” the former Neighbours star penned.
And it seems that Rose wasn’t the only Kylie fan back in the day with many commenting that they themselves decorated their rooms with a similar theme.
“I had all yours and Jason’s videos you put out at Christmas in the UK I must try and find them,” one fan commented.
“Every girls bedroom back in the day,” another wrote before adding, “I had Kylie and Jason patches sewn onto my jeans.”

Even though the family is based in New York, Rose has admitted that she won’t be letting her boys forget their Aussie roots.
