Singer Ricki-Lee Coulter admits there’s nothing better than snuggles with a newborn baby.

But the star’s latest Instagram post showing her doing just that has caused a stir online with many having to do a double take.

Earlier in the week, the 34-year-old took to social media to share a touching photo of her cuddling her friend’s newborn daughter called Yumi.

“There’s nothing better than cuddles with a newborn. Can someone please tell me why they smell SO amazing?!?!?!! If I had one wish in life it would be to smell as good as a baby 🤣🤣🤣 #Yumi 💕,” Ricki-Lee penned alongside a seemingly innocent snap of her and Yumi sharing a precious moment.

However, the snap was soon inundated with comments from fans asking if Ricki-Lee was breastfeeding the bub due to the fact Yumi’s squishy arm held up against Ricki’s white T-shirt created a very misleading optical illusion.

One fan noted: “Ummm you like like your breastfeeding 😬😆😆😆 the bebes arm!!

“Lol…. for a sec at first glance I thought you were feeding… and I thought ‘hang on, you didn’t have a baby,'” a second agreed.

A third laughed: “Dead set thought you were breastfeeding the baby 😂😂👌🏼.”

Did you spot it? This is the photo which sent fans into a frenzy.

The Do It Like That hitmaker, who has been married to Richard Harrison since 2015, was quick to address the commentary.

“OMG I just saw what you were all talking about 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’m definitely NOT breastfeeding my friend’s baby 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣,” the singer confirmed.

“I can’t un see it 🤷‍♀️.”

“I definitely thought you were 😂 I had to do a double take 🤣.”

While kids aren’t on the card for the singer, she has previously admitted she loves being an aunty and sister to her 10-year-old sibling.

“My mum and my sister had babies around the same time,” she told Stellar magazine. “I love being an aunty. We’ll stay up all night eating pizza, we’ll wake up and have a tub of ice-cream for breakfast and send you back to your parents – bye.”

She also noted that her reasons for not having children of her own were “personal.”

“You can’t tell people how to live their lives. You don’t know what people are going through, if they can’t have kids, or are trying, or have lost a baby,” she added.

Ricki-Lee married Richard Harrison in a lavish ceremony in Paris in August of 2015. And, five years on, they are still as loved-up as ever.
