From the personalised cookies to the elaborate jumping castle in the shape of Cinderella’s Carriage, Nikki Webster’s daughter Skylah had a beautiful first birthday party!
“I started thinking about it as soon as she was born,” reveals an excited Nikki, 26, who has been planning the over the top birthday bash for months.
“I had all these grand ideas of what I wanted to do, so it’s been a lot of fun!”
Nikki and her husband Matthew McMah’s home was turned into a pink playground fit for their little princess as they celebrated her first birthday.
“Skylah hasn’t got to the age where she can choose, so I’m going to get her in as much pink while I can. She’ll probably end up choosing everything black when she’s older,” proud mum Nikki says.
It’s hard to believe that the freckle faced 13-year-old starlet, who stole Australia’s hearts at the Sydney Olympics 15 years ago, now has a little one-year-old of her own, and Nikki’s mum Tina says the pair are exactly the same!
“Nikki was virtually identical to this one,” Tina said.
“Except Skylah has more hair. I had to stick a bow to Nikki’s head with sticky tape because she had no hair!”
