His body was found at his Paisley Park estate on April 19, after telling fans on his final appearance on stage to “wait a few days before you waste your prayers.”

The Purple Rain singer’s death has rocked the music community and he’s being remembered by fans around the world.

“Doctors told Prince his blood count was unusually low and that his body temperature had dropped dangerously below the normal 98.6 degrees to 94 degrees,” a source told the publication.

“He was totally iron-deficient, very weak and often disoriented.”

“He rarely ate and when he did, it all came right back up.”

The magazine is claiming the 57-year-old contracted HIV in the ‘90s, and then was diagnosed with AIDS six months ago.

He refused medical treatment due to his Jehovah’s Witness faith.

On April 23, it was ruled that despite speculation, his death was not a suicide.

Official autopsy results are expected to be released in the coming weeks.
