Congratulations are in order for David Beckham who has just been bestowed with the title of “Sexiest Man Alive” according to People magazine – and boy, has he earned it, just look at those biceps!

The 32-year-old told People that the honour would give him “bragging rights” at home with his wife Elsa Pataky. “I can just say to her, ‘Now remember, this is what the people think, so I don’t need to do the dishes anymore, I don’t need to change nappies. I’m above that. I’ve made it now’,” he quipped.
Adam Levine – 2013
Holy hotness, Adam Levine’s 2013 win was well deserved! He stayed humble about the honour, telling People, “It’s going to hit me when I’m constantly the butt of every joke every friend and family member makes for the next 20 years of my life, but I’m ready to handle it.”
Channing Tatum – 2012
2013 was Channing Tatum’s year, he released the mega-successful film, Magic Mike, The Vow and 21 Jump Street, so it’s only natural that he added Sexiest Man Alive to his collection of accolades.
“My first thought was, ‘Y’all are messing with me’,” he said to People.
Bradley Cooper – 2011
“I think it’s really cool that a guy who doesn’t look like a model can have this,” the 40-year-old said at the time.
Ryan Reynolds – 2010
His wife Blake Lively is one lucky lady! Ryan Reynolds was the first Canadian to take out the title and he remained very coy about it, kind of. “The most difficult part is going to be organically working this title into a conversation with random strangers,” he joked.

Johnny has been awarded this honour before 2009 as well, but it just goes to show even after 25 years in the industry Jack Sparrow has still got it!
