The 41-year-old singer looked to be in full relaxation mode as she soaked up the sun in Sicily with a pal recently.

“Popped in to visit my Italian family who make the best granita in Italy,” the star penned on Instagram.

Speaking about how she stays in such great shape, the 41-year-old admits to being an avid work-out fan.
“I’m an exerciser. You have to be in this business – it’s part of the job. I’m training with James Duigan. I do three to four workouts a week with his trainers. I run several times a week as well,” she told The Joye of her routine.
“It’s 40 minutes from my door and around the pond in Kensington Gardens which does the job. And then I add in some yoga,” the London resident added.

Natalie previously told radio hosts Kyle and Jackie O, “[My love life is] shocking! I’m so single. I don’t know [why]. I just want to meet [someone normal].”
However Nat’s even admitted she’s open to online dating.
