Can you hear that? It’s definitely the sound of wedding bells ringing for Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth.
The couple, who rekindled their romance in January 2016 after a two-year split, have been busy prepping for their big day, and while most couples go to church for marriage classes, these two have been hitting up Miley’s famous parents Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus for advice.
In a new interview with Cosmopolitan magazine, Miley shared that her parents, who have twice filed for divorce in their 23-year marriage, have been coaching her on how to keep her marriage alive.
“Nothing and no-one stays the same,” she explained when asked what advice she received from her folks.
“Grow, evolve, change with each other and celebrate your love’s journey.”
“People that break up and get back together, I think that’s awesome because you know it’s true,” she told SiriusXM's Hits 1 back in May 2017, alluding to both her relationship with her Aussie hunk and her parents’ marriage. “But also you get time to be yourself – you get time to grow up!”
During Miley’s split from Liam, she found herself in the arms of Patrick Schwarzenegger and was involved in hard partying.
And, judging by her wholesome girl makeover and move to Liam’s home in Byron Bay, we reckon she has indeed grown up.
Bring on the wedding!
