The news broke on the couple’s respective Instagram accounts with the test captain writing, “@kylyclarke and I are extremely ecstatic to announce that we are expecting our first child.”
While his homewares designer wife revealed: “@michaelclarkeofficial and I are extremely ecstatic to announce that we are expecting our first child. Can’t wait to meet baby Clarke.”
This will be the first child for the duo, who married in a private Blue Mountains ceremony in May 2012, and it is not yet known when they will be expecting their bundle of joy.
Speculation arose that the former presenter was pregnant after she continued to step out in loose fitting attire over the past couple of months.
The glamorous pair have known each other since their school days and made their first public appearance together back in 2010.
Their joyful news comes just hours before Australia is set to go head-to-head with England in the Ashes tonight!
