After quietly hinting at a new romance a few weeks back, Married at First Sight bride Samantha Moitzi has now shared a bunch of loved-up photos with her new boyfriend.

While she’s staying mum on certain details, such as his name, it seems the pair are living it up on a romantic Byron Bay getaway, with Sam posting snaps of the pair from the iconic Cape Byron Lighthouse.

“My honey so sweet,” she captioned the images.

The pictures showed the pair embracing, holding hands, and carrying a bundle of sunflowers.

“This is so cute Sam 🌻,” commented Sam’s MAFS co-star Olivia Frazer.

“Looks like Pete Davidson,” another commented.

However, one critical fan jumped in to defend Sam’s partner from the show.

“POV: downgrade in partner,” they wrote.

Sam replied to the comment, defending her new union.

“POV: you have a genuine connection and want the same things 😂,” she wrote.

Sam is mostly remembered from MAFS for her doomed relationship with Al Perkins, which struggled to get off the ground and ended up fizzling pretty quickly.

“When you look at our wedding, it wasn’t love at first sight,” Sam told our sister site, New Idea.

“It was tough because I came into the experiment with quite a firm idea of what I felt like I needed and what I wanted in a relationship,” she revealed.

“And because Al was so different to what I was expecting … it was almost a bit of a struggle because I didn’t want to take the lead, but I felt like he really wanted me to teach him everything, which then made me feel like his mother,” Sam went on.

Her feelings – or lackthereof – for Al led Sam to attempt to leave the experiment two weeks in a row, but she had to stay on when Al voted for them to stay.

“I did want to be more than friends,” Al admitted to the experts when he did finally agree to leave.

“Sam has been such an amazing wife and I still really care about her, but I’ve really got to be mature and consider where Sam’s feelings are at. I guess we’ve got to go our separate ways,” he said.

Al is currently single, but has struck up an iconic bromance with fellow groom Brent Vitiello.

The best friends are often seen spending time with fellow castmates Ella Ding, Domenica Calarco, and Jack Millar.
