A hipster paradise! Inside Lisa Origliasso and Logan Huffman’s unconventional engagement party

Burning rituals, chanting and vegan grazing tables included.

Lisa Origliasso and fiancé Logan Huffman have marked their engagement with a backyard party, and it might just be the most hipster celebration we've ever laid eyes on.
Taking to Instagram, the Veronicas twin and her actor beau gave fans a glimpse into their magical day by documenting parts of the festivities.
Lisa began by sharing a video of sister Jess preparing a vegan grazing table of epic proportions for the party.

"Today my sweet baby J catered Logan and my engagement party with the DREAMIEST vegan grazing table, hand picking and arranging every single part of it herself. I am the luckiest girl in the universe to have my two by my side," the singer wrote next to a quick film of Jess setting up the feast.
The spread -- dotted with flowers and greenery -- included a wide array of fruits, veggie-crisps, bread and what appeared to be dairy-free cheeses.
Lisa, 33, then showed her fiancé as he led guests at the party through a burning ritual that involved writing down and sharing good wishes for themselves and the future bride and groom. The party-goers added tobacco to the centre of their paper notes before wrapping them in red material, lifting them up into the air and chanting. They then threw the packages into a nearby fire.
"This is something of the earth, that's meant for communication and talking," Logan said as he took charge of the ceremony.
She also shared a series of loved-up snaps alongside her future-husband as they celebrated their love with those in attendance at the unconventional backyard event, and a few of herself dancing later in the evening. A cake topped with fresh-flowers also made the cut.
Logan, who has appeared in films such as V and Final Girl, led a burning ceremony at the party.
As part of the ritual, partygoers raised their packages of well-wishes to the sky and chanted before hurling them into a nearby fire.
A cake topped with fresh-flowers was also on the menu at the laid-back celebration.

The party came at a particularly poignant time for the sister duo.
On Monday, Jess' break up with longtime girlfriend Ruby Rose was confirmed via a statement on social media.
"I've shared the past two years learning and sharing my life with an amazing human being. An experience for which I am very blessed," Ruby's statement began.
"It's with a heavy heart to share that Jess and I parted ways a few months ago."
"We still love each other very much and I will always support her and be her biggest advocate. With love x," the 32-year-old signed off.
After briefly dating in 2008, Ruby and Jess rekindled their romance in 2016.
"It's me. Me and Ruby Rose. And it is our love story in this video," Jess confirmed at the time during a radio interview opening up about The Veronicas' latest video clip On Your Side, which Ruby played the lead role in.

"It's about the dynamic, the highs and the lows of people in love, in a relationship. We have been friends for eight years. A really long time and it was just honestly the craziest thing," Jess reflected of falling back in love with the Orange Is The New Black star.
"We just reconnected over doing this video, she wrote and directed it, and is in it with us and we just sort of fell in love."
Wishing Ruby and Jess all the best in this next chapter!
