Lisa Curry has gushed over her son Jett Kenny’s physique as he works out in her backyard and couldn’t be prouder of her son’s discipline and determination.
With former athletes as parents, keeping active is as normal as breathing for Jett and he certainly takes his job as an Ironman seriously.
Ex-Olympian Lisa posted a picture of Jett lifting weights without a shirt to show her support and awe.
In her caption, she shared, “Ahhh, well excuse me. This is what happens when you set your goals, say no to seconds at the dinner table and train your ass off!! Well done Jett💪🏻.”

“I was wondering why I didn’t quite look like that 😂😂😂😂,” one fan wrote, and another shared, “Commitment 👍👍👍.”
Jett also posted a picture from his workout, and he wrote beside his post, “Rest later.”
Lisa was quick to comment, “Good job Jett xx👏👏💪🏻,” and he sweetly replied, “@lisacurry 😊.”
The 60-year-old is her son’s biggest fan, and last year she proudly celebrated Jett following in his dad Jett Kenny’s Ironman footsteps.

Most athletes would surely feel anxious competing at a competition named after their elders, but it appears Jett took to the task of performing at the Hayden Kenny Classic with ease.
“My fav boy doing his thing at the Hayden Kenny Classic – nice to be able to compete in honour of your grandfather or fossil as we call him 💙 @jettkenny,” wrote Lisa.
Jett isn’t the only family member to continue their long line of sportsmanship.
Lisa is also proud of daughter Morgan’s dancing.

In July, Lisa reflected on her daughter feeding her newborn son before getting on stage as she did before racing at the Olympics.
“I barely have words! Competition tonight for this gorgeous dancin’ mumma. 💃 Can’t wait👏👏.
“I used to feed Morgan before my races as well when I was training for the Olympics. 🏊♀️
“It’s doable, anything is doable – you just have to want it and be super organised. 😜,” she wrote.
