Laura, Britt and little Lola enjoyed a cosy day at home in June 2021.

“The A-team. Lolladerby is the cutest distraction. No wonder everything takes us so long,” Britt captioned this sweet pic.

“I feel SO lucky that laughing with this absolutely chaotic legend is a big part of our job, but sometimes I forget we are actually friends!!” Brittany captioned this post in June 2021.

“We see each other almost every day for work but it took us almost 2 years and over 11 million downloads of @lifeuncutpodcast to finally have dinner together.”

Laura and Britt were overjoyed to celebrate 13million downloads of their Life Uncut podcast in July 2021.

“Two years ago, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, we naively birthed

@lifeuncutpodcast, over 13 million downloads and 155 episodes later this wild woman and I couldn’t be closer or more proud of each other. We both hurricane through life and honestly I don’t know how we survived but @ladyandacat is the best partner in crime I could have asked for,” Britt penned.

“We’ve been through so much together on this journey, most we very openly share with you but many things we haven’t. There have been tears, learning, teaching, experiencing, amazing interviews and humbling moments. But mostly, a lot of laughter and bringing people together. That is what it is about.”

Britt regularly spends time with Laura’s daughters, Marlie-Mae, two, and Lola, one.

In November 2021, the girls announced the inception of their national radio show on KIIS FM.

“@lifeuncutpodcast has been our baby for a few years now and I couldn’t be bloody happier or prouder to take that to a national radio show!!” Brittany said alongside this stunning promo photo.

“Laura and I will be bringing you our shenanigans every Saturday morning from 10-12.”

Over on Laura’s Instagram, she added: “This is a pinch yourself moment for us, we are so excited for next year, brace yourself Australia… Britt’s laugh is coming for you!”

When they’re not busy recording their insanely popular podcast, Britt and Laura love nothing more than spending quality bestie time together.

On their award-winning Life Uncut podcast, no topic is off-limits. Britt and Laura are known for their candid chats on relationships, sex, motherhood and fashion.

Britt said that since the podcast’s inception, she and Laura have become “a lot more unfiltered” and decided to cover “raw” topics to make their listeners feel like they’re not alone.

Laura added: “We were a bit reserved in the beginning, because we came from that reality TV world where you have to be so careful about what you say, because you’re worried that it’s going to be edited in a way that might be held against you.”

Laura made a tear-jerking post for Britt’s 31st birthday back in August 2020, sharing this sweet photo alongside the caption: “Happiest Birthday weekend to my pod wifey @brittany_hockley! There is no one else I’d rather sit in my bedroom with whilst yapping away about our personal lives into a microphone. You are the most kind hearted, loladerby around.

The pair’s debut Life Uncut episode aired back in July 2019, and since then the lifestyle and relationships podcast has been a hit – it even won the Listeners’ Choice category of the Australian Podcast Awards in 2020.

In each episode, the pair chat candidly about their own experiences in dating, relationships, careers and attempt to answer and give advice on questions from 20 and 30-something women about all aspects of life.

Laura previously said that despite the success Life Uncut has amassed, baring all to the public comes with its downsides.

“The hardest thing for me, it’s not so much sharing the story – sharing the stories is fine – for me it’s being misquoted or having one sentence that I said taken out and repurposed not in context to create a sensationalised story that doesn’t at all match up to what was actually said on the podcast,” she explained in 2021.

“Over the years Britt and I have become a lot more comfortable anytime those sorts of articles come out, we can laugh it off now.”
