She’s said she likes talking about politics and “public debate” and now Lara Bingle has put her money where her mouth is and live tweeted the Republican Presidential Debate. Well, sort of.
Taking to social media on Wednesday, the gorgeous mum made a few funny quips during the GOP debate that featured Republican candidates, including Donald Trump, discussing their platforms for the Presidency.
“Why are they so angry towards Ibis,” she asked, presumably making a gag about the talk of ISIS.
“Whose coughing?” “The coughing is killing me,” she also remarked.
During the debate, popular Netflix show House of Cards aired a mock political advertisement to announce their upcoming season. Lara jumped right on board, tweeting, “I’d vote for Frank Underwood.”
In October, Lara told The Daily Mail that American politics is something she and husband Sam Worthington like to discuss.
“We just talk about things that really matter to be honest, not what I’m wearing,” she said.
“We talk about politics and the public debate and Donald Trump.”
