Bingle is back.
The mother-of-one has returned to the gym – and social media – posting a video of herself working out after giving birth to Rocket Zot only 10 weeks ago.
Lara exclaims “Oh s**t” as her trainer orders “five more” leg lifts from her.
Posting the video to Instagram on Thursday, the 27-year-old wrote: “Feels good to be back.”
The model donned an all-black attire – wearing a black t-shirt, black leggings and black sneakers – with her hair tied back into a low ponytail.
Becoming more active on social media again since the birth of her son, Bingle posted a throw back image of herself at 28 weeks pregnant last week, wearing a laced maxi-dress.
Last week, Lara and Sam were seen walking the streets of Manhattan with their newborn, whose middle name – Zot – was the nickname of Lara’s late father.
