This was not the vow we expected Kylie Minogue’s fiancé Joshua Sasse to make when talking about marrying the 48-year-old Neighbours alumni.
In an interview with Sunrise yesterday, the British actor, 28, had hosts Sam and Kochie spinning around when he declared that he and his bride-to-be will not exchange I Dos until the same-sex marriage bill is passed in Australia.

“This is something we have talked about and decided upon, and I wanted to tell you today on her behalf, on our behalf, that until this law is passed in Australia, we will not be getting married.”

The smitten couple, who met on the set of TV series Galavant in September last year and announced their engagement in February, have been crusading for the legalisation of same-sex marriage in Australia through the father-of-one’s campaign Say ‘I Do’ Down Under.
Their campaign trail has garnered the attention of a slew of celebrities, including Dolly Parton, Jenna Dewan-Tatum and our very own Margot Robbie.
