Kyle Sandilands and girlfriend Tegan Kynaston flee Sydney after public bust-up

Just days after Kyle Sandilands, 48, begged bystanders to call the police on his girlfriend Tegan Kynaston, the pair have absconded to Cairns to celebrate her 34th birthday.

And in a bizarre twist, now Kyle’s ex, Imogen Anthony, 28, has taken to Instagram to ask fans for recommendations for things to do in Cairns, leading some to wonder if she’s planning to gatecrash the celebrations!

It’s just another day in the eyebrow-raising world of Kyle, 48.

The shock jock made headlines last week when he and his girlfriend and business manager Tegan were involved in a heated spat outside Bondi’s Beach Road Hotel at the KIIS FM Christmas party.

Tegan, Kyle’s director of communications, is said to have caused damage to the star’s lavish Bentley, prompting the KIIS FM host to ask bystanders to call triple zero on the blonde beauty, before the 33-year-old allegedly assaulted a female police officer and was taken to hospital for a psych evaluation.

Woman’s Day previously reported that friends revealed Kyle and Imogen had been living apart for at least six months before the shock jock confirmed the split.

“Kyle has fallen for his personal assistant Tegan [Kynaston],” one mate revealed.

“Everyone in Kyle’s inner circle, including Imogen, has known about the relationship for a while, and given that Kyle and Imogen haven’t lived together for most of the past year, I’m surprised the news hasn’t come out before this.“

In November, Kyle announced that he had split from Imogen on air confessing that their relationship had “run its course.”

While he didn’t delve into the nitty gritty of why they broke up, he did remark: “That’s just the way it is. No problems there, but… you know how it is.”
