King of School! Prince Jackson graduates with honours

The son of the late Michael Jackson, Prince, has graduated high school with flying colours.

On Sunday, his delighted aunt La Toya Jackson took to Twitter to share the exciting news that the ambitious 18-year-old scored top marks with honours after completing his studies at the prestigious Buckley School in the San Fernando Valley.

“So very proud of @princemjjjaxon YOU DID! And you did it with Honors!!! #buckleyclassof2015,” the 59-year-old wrote alongside a snap of the pair at the graduation ceremony.

In the photo Prince – real name Michael Joseph Jackson Jr – smiles broadly at the camera in a black robe with red lapels and a mortar board as he holds up his diploma.

Other family members including grandmother Katherine, cousin TJ and younger sister Paris Jackson were also in attendance to cheer him on.

“Prince, you have grown into an incredibly special young man. Words can’t express how proud I am of you. I will ALWAYS be here to support you wherever life takes you. I love you,” cousin TJ Jackson wrote.

“When they announced his name, the whole Jackson family stood up and cheered and whistled. Prince was ecstatic as he crossed the stage and picked up his diploma,” an onlooker told US Weekly of Prince’s supportive posse.

In the past, Prince has said he would love to study film at the University Of Southern California.

And the future looks bright for young Prince, with the star acting in an episode of 90210 and landing a guest correspondent role on Entertainment Tonight.*
