The reality star, 35, has given birth to a healthy baby boy on Saturday morning with her rapper hubby by her side.
The proud mum announced the arrival on website, writing, “KANYE AND I WELCOME OUR BABY BOY!"
"Mother and son are doing well," the message stated.
Although the bub was believed to be due around Christmas Day, he is said to be doing well.
The day earlier, Kim had posted on social media a selfie showing her baby bump, saying, "Ready whenever you are lol."
Bub number two will join two-year-old big sister North West, who was born on June 15, 2013.
Although the new arrival hasn't been named yet, Kim has previously revealed that she liked the name Easton, which is certainly keeping with the compass theme of her growing family.
The world is also eagerly anticipating the first photos of Kimye's son, after North West’s debut was made two months after her birth on proud grandma, Kris Jenner’s former talk show.
In true Kardashian style the fashion icon revealed her pregnancy on the family’s reality show Keeping up with the Kardashians in June.
It hasn't been an easy road to conception, with Kim being open about her harrowing fertility struggles.
“It’s been really emotional… there are definitely times when I walked out [of the doctor’s office] hysterically crying," she told Glamour magazine.
Kim even revealed on the show that she’s been so desperate for a second baby that she and hubby Kanye have been “having sex 500 times a day,” - now that’s dedication!
Before falling pregnant a frustrated Kim told the cameras, "I’m, like, so over it [trying to conceive]. Like I’m exhausted, so I’m sure everyone gets to that point. I'm like, 'okay, I’m done.'"
But all that work has finally paid off, with the best kind of reward.
Despite the blessing, Kim had a difficult second pregnancy. "I just don't think pregnancy and me really agree with each other. You know, it was really hard for me to get pregnant so I do feel really blessed that I am pregnant and, at the end of the day, it is a million times worth it," she told E! News in November.
"I'm really not complaining, I'm just being honest and being honest about [it]. I hate it. You know, pregnancy is not for me. I've heard stories forever about how amazing pregnancy is from my mum and Kourtney and that's just not the case for me, and I'm not going to sit here and lie and act like it's the most blissful experience. It's awful."
However, Kim admits the pain is a fair trade off and she loves every second of motherhood.
“I used to enjoy the spotlight. If I had a day off from filming, I didn't know what to do. Now I enjoy my family time so much, there is this sense of, if it all went away, and I was just a mum, I would love my life,” she mused.
Congratulations Kim and Kanye, enjoy the newest addition to your stylish family!
