It certainly hasn’t been smooth sailing for Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom, whose relationship has been tumultuous to say the least.
Things seemed to be going well for the high profile couple since his October overdose, but that was before Lamar – who suffers from alcohol and drug abuse – was spotted reverting to his old ways and hitting a Los Angeles bar despite his alleged strict no alcohol policy.
The 36-year-old was recently spotted by onlookers at the Johnny O’Brien Irish pub in Sherman Oaks, California.
According to TMZ, the former NBA player hit the bar with two unidentified male friends sometime before midnight on Saturday and left the pub after 1am.
Bar staff at the venue told the US site that Lamar ordered three Remy Martin drinks and paid for them himself.
Hours later, dressed in the exact same shirt, glasses and chain from the night before, he spent Easter with Khloe and her family at a church service.
Reports of Lamar’s late night escapades surfaced on Tuesday.
“I hate this feeling…. Helpless,” Khloe cryptically tweeted to her 19 million followers hours after the news broke.
Dressed in last night’s outfit, Lamar attended an Easter service with his former partner.
And according to a Kardashian insider the news has had a huge effect on Khloe, who has stood by her estranged husband through every step of his recovery.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight a source revealed that unless Lamar is able to put a stop to his partying ways, Koko will have no choice but to “walk away for good.”
“He almost died. If that’s not enough to keep him sober, then what is?” the source explained. “If Lamar makes this a habit, Khloe will walk away for good this time. Khloe is shocked that he was caught drinking again.”
“One thing is so clear; Khloe would never get back with Lamar unless she knew 100 percent that he was maintaining his sobriety, so him drinking again is a huge slap in her face.”

Lamar and the The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star married in 2009 after just one month of dating.
In 2013 she filed for divorce after discovering his infidelity, but when the former basketballer was found unconscious in October last year at the Love Ranch, a brothel in Crystal, Nevada, she withdrew the papers.
As a direct result from the near-fatal overdose, he suffered a number of mini-strokes and was in a coma for several days as his organs failed, but although the father-of-three has since made a miraculous recovery, he is by no means 100%.
“He should not be consuming any alcohol right now, and was told that by his medical team,” the source revealed.
“He’s still going to rehab treatments. He does a lot of cognitive rehab mostly. He still hasn’t fully gotten all his memories and motor skills back yet. He’s made incredible strides though.”
Lamar Odom made his first official appearance after his near-death accident at his friend Kanye’s Yeezy Season 3 fashion launch.
The onetime LA Lakers star currently resides close to his ex’s Calabasas home and continues to attend a recovery facility to treat the ongoing health problems.
While Khloe, 31, remains by his side and offers her full support, she recently made it clear that physical affection between the two is a thing of the past.
Speaking candidly on her FYI talk show, Kocktails With Khloe, she revealed that it’s been “years” since they last shared a kiss.
“I’m not still with Lamar,” she said after being asked why she and her sisters “date black dudes.”
“I love Lamar but as a person. But I haven’t been with Lamar in years. I haven’t been sexually… I haven’t kissed Lamar in years.”
“But do I love Lamar, and do I always want the best for Lamar? A hundred percent. Because I don’t believe that you marry someone, [and then] you just cut them off.”
