2016 has been exceptionally difficult year for Kerri-Anne following her husband’s horrific accident.

The 63-year-old has supported John since his life-changing injury five months ago, which left him partially paralysed.

She has previously said that his progress in recovering from the broken neck he sustained has been “very slow.”

But the determined star is currently transforming their Sydney house and garden to make it wheel-chair friendly in preparation for her 75-year-old husband’s homecoming at the end of the year.

She admitted to Private Sydney, “If all goes to plan he should be back in November, with Christmas here … that would be a true blessing!”

John would be so proud of his wife-of-32-years.
