Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough are in celebration mode after securing their first family home in Sydney together.
According to a new report from the Daily Telegraph's Sydney Confidential column, the pair are the proud new owners of a sprawling property in the exclusive harbour-side suburb of Castlecrag.
The couple, who tied the knot in December 2018, reportedly secured the home after catching wind of a quiet off-market listing.
Karl, Jasmine and their one-year-old daughter Harper have already been living in the lower North Shore suburb since March in an $8 million rental property with views of Middle Harbour, but have been on the hunt for a forever home after their rental was recently sold.
Sources speaking to the publication say the family's new digs are a "modest three-bedder" home which will be used as their Sydney HQ in between regular visits to Queensland, where Jasmine's family are from.
Before setting up camp in Castlecrag, Karl and Jasmine were renting in Mosman.
Their property portfolio is quickly expanding with the couple also purchasing a home on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland for $3.6million in January last year.
It's been a big week in the Stefanovic household with the proud parents ringing in daughter Harper's first birthday with a lavish celebration.
Jasmine shared a number of photos of Harper's festivities which showed the one-year-old surrounded by family, food and lots of presents.
One of the most impressive gifts included a baby pink ride-on electric car, which Harper clearly looked to be thrilled by.
The birthday tributes were flowing too, with mum kicking off the messages on the day.
"One year ago today you came into our world and filled our hearts with so much love. You are the most precious soul who we love beyond words," Jasmine wrote.
"Thank you for making my world Harper May! You have completely filled Mummy's heart 💗."
