Just seven months after giving birth to their first daughter, Harper May, Jasmine and Karl Stefanovic are excitedly readying themselves to welcome a new addition into their lives!
While stepping out for breakfast in Sydney with her family recently, the shoe designer sent fans into a frenzy when she appeared to be sporting a burgeoning bump.
A little sibling for Harper? The couple have sparked rumours they’re expecting their second child after Jasmine was spotted with what appeared to be a baby bump in Sydney recently.
(Image: Getty)Wearing a tight black T-shirt, Jasmine glowed as she laughed alongside her 46-year-old husband, while pushing Harper’s pram through the streets.
The sighting comes as a friend close to the Stefanovics tell Woman’s Day that Jasmine, 36, has been eager to get pregnant again ever since Harper was born in May.
“She was desperate to get pregnant again,” says the insider.
“She’s always wanted to have a brood and to give little Harper a playmate, and she wanted to do it as quickly as she could.”
In nesting mode already, Jasmine is wasting no time in preparing for the second bub and has submitted plans for a huge renovation at her new luxury pad that she shares with Karl in Noosa, Queensland.
In local council paperwork – which was seen by Woman’s Day – Jasmine outlines the massive construction, which will be used to cater to her rapidly growing family.
“The build will include more family-friendly bedrooms so Jasmine can have her extended clan to stay,” says the source.
“Her plan is to move permanently into that house and enjoy being closer to her family and friends where she grew up in Brisbane while Karl will commute between Sydney and Noosa.
“Jasmine is over the Sydney social scene – her plan now is to have the second bub and live a simpler life by the beach.
“She longs to be the mum who takes her brood to Nippers, and she also knows she has far more support with her mum Cheryl and dad Bob close by to lend a hand,” the source continues.
With Jasmine eagerly readying the home for another addition, the mother-of-one is hoping she’ll get to paint the new room blue.
“She’s desperate for a boy, so she has a lovely balance,” the friend adds.
“Karl would hope for a girl – he has a special relationship with his eldest daughter and just adores Harper – he just finds it more natural and easy with girls.”

The couple are said to be rapidly planning for their growing family, with Jasmine applying to the local council to build an extension on the couple’s Noosa mansion.
