According to reports, the actress who recently married professional tennis player, Ryan Sweeting, listed her lavish bachelorette pad for $2795,00 back in March.
Located in Sherman Oaks, the Tuscan-style estate was built ten years ago and has three bedrooms and two private balconies.
Features include an open floor living plan, spacious kitchen, master suite, timber floor boards, spectacular formal dining and living rooms, a grand balcony, as well as an outdoor kitchen with an eat-at-bar, swimming pool and spa.
It appears the 28-year-old even did a bit of remodelling herself, converting the front suite into a salon/dressing room complete with built ins, shoe racks and a bathroom with a professional shampoo bowl.
