These days he’s known mainly for being a Hollywood bad-boy but let’s not forget that Justin Bieber is still a hugely popular singer with legions of adoring young fans.

One such devoted fan is 10-year-old Grace Kesablak and Justin made her dreams come true when he took her along as his date to the Young Hollywood Awards over the weekend.
Grace is a cancer patient and recipient of the Make-A-Wish foundation. Bieber was also granted an award on the night – the Champion of Charity Award for his work with Foundation – having granted 200 wishes so far. When he accepted it, he called Grace up on stage with him, saying “This is Grace’s award.”

Young Grace posted this pic to Instagram captioned: ‘”This MOMENT on stage with @justinbieber …is something I will NEVER forget.” Biebs gave the above response on Twitter.
Justin pulls cheeky faces with young Grace, who was dressed up all in pink for the occasion, and her family.
Grace was lucky enough to meet some of her other favourite stars at the awards too – like Aussie ten star Cody Simpson.
Kelly Osbourne was the host of the Awards for the night and Audrina Partridge was in attendance too.
Young star Vanessa Hudgens and Bella Thorne were also in attendance at the awards.
*Modern Family’*s Ariel Winter and teen heart-throb Ansel Elgort of *The Fault in Our Stars* were also at the awards.
