More than Friends? Jennifer Aniston and Matt LeBlanc’s secret fling revealed

Did our favourite TV stars try to hide a real-life hook-up?

With his strong arms, Matt LeBlanc sweeps his co-star Jennifer Aniston in for a romantic kiss – but there are no TV cameras around to capture the tender moment.

This time, they are on an LA street in 2004, sharing an intimate embrace when they think no one is looking.

There was no TV crew in sight when this pic was captured on an LA street.

A source close to Matt, who played lovable larrikin Joey Tribbiani, has exclusively claimed to Woman’s Day that the Friends fan favourites were possibly embroiled in a steamy love affair more than 10 years ago.

“He had fun, that’s for sure. I think he may have even had a relationship with one of the girls… Jen,” alleges our insider.

The pair appeared for all the world to be more than just Friends.

Now, photos have emerged of Jen and Matt kissing outside of an LA restaurant back in 2004, indicating the pair were closer off-screen than they let on.

Clearly – and disappointingly for Rachel and Joey fans – their romance never got off the ground. Jen is now settled down with fiancé Justin Theroux, while Matt married and later divorced Melissa McKnight.

Although there has been no mention of their rumoured hook-ups until now, Matt has hinted that he wasn’t exactly comfortable when he was told his character’s interest in Jen’s character Rachel Green would turn romantic.

“It felt wildly inappropriate,” he once told reporters.

Meanwhile, our source has revealed further juicy details about Matt’s time on the hit show about a close-knit group of friends in New York City, which aired between 1994 and 2004.

Our source also revealed what Matt really thinks about his other castmates.

The insider claims Matt never liked his co-star Matthew Perry, who played Joey’s best mate Chandler Bing.

“He wanted to pound on him a couple of times,” the source tells us. “David Schwimmer [who played Ross Geller] was kind of dry, a bit too serious. But Matt always liked Lisa Kudrow [who played Phoebe Buffay].”

Rumours have circulated recently that the Friends cast would reunite – but fans hoping to check out Jen and Matt’s chemistry on screen again will be disappointed.

“I don’t see it happening,” Matt said recently. “And in my opinion, it shouldn’t happen.”
