A fresh report from Us Weekly claims the Oscar winner and Emmanuelle enjoyed a romantic evening at West Hollywood hot spot Madeo on August 4.
Sitting in a corner booth, the 54-year-old looked relaxed in jeans and a grey leather jacket, while the 39-year-old sizzled in a classic black halter dress.
Onlookers noticed the duo “seemed to have good chemistry”, telling the publication conversation was flowing all night – and if the Bachelor has taught us anything, it is all about that spark!
After dinner Sean and his pretty brunette date retreated to the back patio for a more intimate chat.
It was clear Charlize’s former flame was having a good time. Other patrons at the restaurant claimed Sean was relaxing with having a cigarette while Emmanuelle indulged in a vodka martini.
Witnesses say the tactile pair chatted away throughout the evening.

Multiple sources confirmed the sad news to Us Weekly, with insiders claiming the long-term-friends-turned-lovers decided to end their relationship after recently travelling to the Cannes Film Festival in the South of France.
In March Sean famously told Esquire UK that his past marriages to Madonna and Robin Wright were discounted in comparison to his bond with Charlize and that he wouldn’t rule out tying the knot a third time.
“You say I’ve been married twice before, but I’ve been married under circumstances where I was less informed than I am today,” the 54-year-old mused.
“So I wouldn’t even consider it a third marriage, I’d consider it a first marriage on its own terms if I got married again. I mean, I like the tradition. A friend of mine wrote a line, ‘Without tradition, new things die.’ And I don’t want new things to die.”
Despite the split, Sean seems to have recovered well from the heartbreak. So much so that he returned to work where came face-to-face with his ex-fiancee in South Africa.
He had to direct her in re-shoots for their film The Last Face – the movie which saw their friendship turn romantic in the first place.

Meanwhile, Charlize has started the healing process having welcomed a second child. Earlier this week, TMZ revealed the 39-year-old reportedly gained custody of a girl named August who is “an African-American girl” and was “born in the United States”.
Back in May, the Mad Max star admitted she was “open” to having more children, but gave no hints she was planning on adopting again.
When asked if she would like more kids, she said: “Yeah. I mean, I’m so open to anything in my life. I was never like, ‘Oh god no just one.’ I was always kind of open to whatever kind of happens.”
She’s already the proud mother to four-year-old son Jackson, who she adopted from South Africa in 2012.
