When Married At First Sight’s Anthony Manton first told his ‘wife’ and former model Nadia Stamp to be more ambitious and pursue a career in the media, the air hostess shrugged it off.

But has fame been Anthony’s motivation throughout the entire MAFS experiment? Looks like it!

OK! has uncovered a vintage photo of Anthony posted to a talent search website, Mamm, which specialises in “models, actors,” plus “extras” and “unique talent.”

Our new discovery comes hot on the heels of Anthony’s MAFS nemesis, Sean Hollands’ supposed talent profile going public.

In the wake of the drama, Channel Nine released a statement insisting that country guy Sean was most certainly on the show for love, advising, “Sean was cast in Married at First Sight as a single father of two looking for love. He is not an actor, and has no prior acting experience.”

Sean himself sat down with OK! to exclusively discuss the debacle and explained, “I was there for one reason and that was to find love.”

Nadia was also a model and worked alongside Jennifer Hawkins in the beauty pageant circuit.

The lovable character continued: “I’m on a show looking for someone that needs to understand my working lifestyle, and that I do work away. I’m not going to give that away [to chase an acting career].”

“It was a big thing me even taking this on and leaving the kids. Not being with them there in person, it was the longest time that I’ve ever been away from the kids and it was difficult.”

“I’m not putting myself out there. I’m just seeing how this all goes and see what happens afterwards.”
