He’s one of Australia’s greatest exports, living out his dreams with a Las Vegas residency.
Yet despite his successful 20- year career, nothing could top the feeling of welcoming his first child, daughter Violette Faith, into the world with his wife Heather on November 6.
The proud new parents are now officially introducing their darling daughter in this week’s issue of Woman’s Day.
Andrew is completely smitten with his baby.
Human Nature formed in 1989, with Toby Allen, Phil Burton and brothers, Andrew and Mike Tierney.
“I burst into tears when I saw her, it was a surreal moment for me,” reveals the 42-year-old.
“From the moment I laid eyes on her I knew straight away how much joy she’ll bring us.”
Violette is the newest arrival among the Human Nature babies.

Andrew was all ears when it came to getting advice from his bandmates – brother Michael, Toby Allen and Phil Burton – who already have six children between them.
“The boys told me to make sure we both got plenty of rest before she arrived!”
