Over the weekend the 42-year-old underwent a dramatic make-over, which included hours of prosthetic facial work and even a fake behind and an enormous chest, to morph into cartoon sex symbol, Jessica Rabbit.
Heidi, who throws a lavish Halloween bash each year, was unrecognisable as she walked the red carpet into her 16th spooky party in New York on Saturday.
Totally in character as the curvaceous bombshell all eyes were on the mother-of-four and her cartoonish curves and surgerised facial features which were accentuated thanks to a plunging red dress and matching pumps.
The Queen of Halloween! Heidi was totally in character as Jessica Rabbit as she walked the red carpet into her event.
Throughout the day, the Project Runway host teased fans via Instagram with a slew of selfies during her make-over.
“I like to surprise my guests and to encourage them to go all out, as well,” the star has mused in the past of her devotion to dressing up.
Other A-list guests at the infamous Halloween do included model Gigi Hadid, Jennifer Lopez and Emily Ratajkowski.
