The Blake-Foster household went down to Melbourne to meet up with their loved ones for a family holiday.
Everything was going well until Zoë Foster Blake decided to play some tennis and subsequently sprained her ankle.
The beauty mogul shared a picture of her swollen foot on her Instagram stories, and revealed she “did this bulls–t while mucking about on a tennis court,” with an appropriately placed crying emoji.
Her injury looked uncomfortable, but Rudy and Sonny’s mother was lucky her ever-attentive husband, Hamish Blake, was with her to act as a nurse while she was incapacitated.
Hamish tried to nurse his wife back to good health.

In her following story, she shared a picture of her feet on a pillow with an icepack and bandage placed on it by Hamish, who was smiling at something on his phone.
Unfazed but not totally amused, Zoë captioned the moment, “My nurse was fantastic albeit a little distracted.”
After their makeshift sickbay, the couple sought out some professional help, and the former journalist spent the rest of their trip in a moon boot.
Zoë posted a picture of herself at a winery wearing a white smock dress, which she accessorised with a Gucci bucket hat and her black moon boot.
She captioned her post with her signature gusto, “But we get on with s–t!”
Is the moon boot chic or is Zoë just a fashion queen?
(Credit: Instagram)She was clearly feeling herself in the boot because she later posted a picture of herself posing in a gorgeous strapless floral dress while wearing it, which she paired with the sarcastic caption, “and the best bit about these boots I’m learning is that you barely notice them!!”
Injury aside, it seems the business owner had a great time on her trip, and she posted a photo dump which featured her boot, a lolly platter, her daughter Rudy having a good time, a night out with her girlfriends, and a kid’s party.
In her caption, she credited British pop star Dua Lipa as her inspiration for the slew of mix-matched photos, but she acknowledged she lacked an essential item – glitter!
“A zippy trip to Melbourne. (This is JUST like a Dua Lipa photo dump only with more kids and ankle sprains and less body glitter.),” she shared.
