It seems US actress Halle Berry and her former partner Gabriel Aubry won’t be making peace anytime soon.
The situation between the pair, who are currently tied up in a bitter custody battle over their two-year-old daughter Nahla, has gotten worse following claims that Canadian model verbally threatened Berry.
An unnamed source told website TMZ that the 35-year-old model called Berry “the ‘N’ word” and called her a “f—ing b—-,” among other expletives.
“He constantly demeaned her. It was awful,” the unnamed source said.
The website has also reported that sources close to Berry say she is concerned that Aubry is putting their child at risk when she is in his care.
“Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s wellbeing while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her,” Berry’s representative told the website.
Berry has cancelled an upcoming film production in New York this week to attend court to handle the matter.
