Gogglebox Australia fan-favourite Adam Densten has just proposed to his girlfriend of three years, Rachel Falconer.
The newly engaged couple confirmed the news with a hilarious line-up of photos on Adam’s Instagram account.
Posing for three near-identical snaps, Rachel wore a doughnut, a cheezel, and, finally, her stunning engagement ring in the carousel of photos.
“Borrowing a few lines from the tale of Goldilocks,” Adam wrote in the caption. “This one was too big…”

The couple were all smiles in the final photo.

“YEEEWWWW YEWWWWW YEEEWWWWW SOOOO MUCH EXCITEMENT!!!!!” he wrote, in all caps.
Matty and Sarah Marie Fahd, who just welcomed their first baby, also shared in the excitement.
“Congratulations again legends. Enjoy this amazing time in your lives. Adam well done on locking her down, if you need tips on punching above your weight, I am an expert,” Matty wrote.
Other Gogglebox Australia stars including the Daltons, the Jacksons, Lee and Keith, Tim Lai and Yvie Jones all offered their congratulations to the happy couple.
Adam and Rachel are set to tie the knot!

The boys follow in the footstpes of Angie Kent and Yvie Jones, who left at the end of 2018 to go on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia. Many fans have been speculating that the boys will also be heading in to the jungle.
We’ll have to wait and see if Adam and Symon are about to don the iconic akubras in the South African jungle, but in the meantime the crew will be busy celebrating the happy engagement news!
