Actor George Clooney and human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin made their marriage official on Monday in Venice during a private civil ceremony.

The newlyweds headed to Venice’s town hall for the ceremony, which concluded the lavish four-day celebrations.

Looking every bit a celebrity couple, Clooney wore a grey suit, while Alamuddin wowed onlookers in wide-legged Stella McCartney cream pants and matching top and hat.

According to E! News, the ceremony, which is required to make the union legal under Italian law, lasted only 10 minutes.

The paid said ‘I do’ at the Aman Canal Grande luxury hotel in front of celebrity friends including, Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, Cindy Crawford, Bill Murray, Anna Wintour and Bono.

Clooney and Alamuddin got engaged in April after six months together.
