The magic is back!

The wizarding world of Harry Potter is returning to our screens next year with the prequel film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

Fantastic Beasts is based on the Hogwarts textbook of the same name and follows the adventures of its author, Newt Scamander, played by Eddie Redmaybe, who is described as a “magizoologist” — someone who studies magical creatures.

Entertainment Weekly revealed that Eddie Redmayne was shot “inside the entrance of the majestic art deco-influenced Magical Congress of the United States of America (or MACUSA), which is the American version of the Ministry of Magic that’s housed inside the Woolworth Building in the film.”

This comes after Rowling revealed that there was, in fact, an American Hogwarts.

If only we could wave our wand and say “Accio movie”. We want to see it now!

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is due to be released in November 2016.
