After years of furiously denying he used performance enhancing drugs to win his record seven Tour de France titles, Lance Armstrong has made a full confession to Oprah Winfrey.

In the first part of the interview that aired today, Lance admitted using many banned substances, as well as “blood doping” to help him succeed in the tough sport.

Lance’s admissions were shocking, but it’s not the first time athletes have been caught cheating in sport.

Here are some of the biggest sports cheating scandals.
