She’s smitten with an Aussie actor but he’s intimidated by her billionaire ex!
After a painful public divorce that is said to have “devastated” her, Erica Packer is smiling again thanks to a blossoming new romance with hot Melbourne- born actor Kick Gurry.
A source at the TV Week Logie Awards last week confided Kick, 35 – who has famously dated actress Christina Ricci, model Kristy Hinze and is said to be friends with Joaquin Phoenix and Tom Cruise – has been quietly seeing Erica for a few months and is well and truly smitten.
“He really likes Erica,” his friend whispered last week. “It seems like they’ve been mates a while but things have shifted. There’s no doubt he’s keen but from what I can gather, they are both taking things slowly.
“None of us have met her or spent any time with them together yet. They’re intent on keeping things private and he has only told a few close mates he’s seeing her.”
