Amid a swirl of rumours they’d secretly split, celebrity vet Dr Chris Brown and his model girlfriend, Brooke Meredith, stepped out on his 42nd birthday last week looking seriously miserable.
According to onlookers, Living Room star looked “very frosty” walking alongside his 29-year-old lover in Sydney’s Bondi.
“They barely spoke a word and looked very glum, almost like they’d just had a spat,” a passer-by dishes.
“They were both completely downcast and just didn’t seem to be in very high spirits.”

In a telling Instagram post, Chris shared an image of himself holding up a cat, while writing, “Over the last few months, there’s been no more dependable partner in the pandemic than a face like this”.
The post came after he spent a number of weeks in his home town of Newcastle and was then believed to be travelling around remote Australia while Brooke, 29, stayed in Sydney.
It was a different story in n April when Woman’s Day revealed the TV star and the 29-year-old model were together after they were spotted getting house-cleaning products at Bunnings Warehouse in Sydney’s Randwick.
This all but confirmed the pair were spending lockdown together in Chris’ Clovelly home.
“They looked very much like a couple.”
