Delta Goodrem’s romance with controversial rocker Matthew Copley is over almost before it began!
After sources told Woman’s Day Matthew was a known party animal and ladies’ man, crushed Delta, 33, fled back to LA, with several TV insiders confirming the couple had split.
“Matthew’s been a gentleman to her, but after hearing stories about the way he used to act before he met her, she started to have doubts,” says a source.
The pair went public on a Hawaiian holiday in January, but the Aussie singer’s love bubble was burst when it was revealed Matthew had left his long-term girlfriend Rebekah Wall broken-hearted, before moving on with Delta soon after.
Insiders say another alarm bell for Delta was how he regularly “likes” pictures of gorgeous women on social media.
Delta seemed determined to put her latest failed romance behind her last week, confirming “I’m single” in a radio interview.
The Voice judge is now focusing on promoting her new album and plotting a tour across America and the UK.
With another failed romance behind her, insiders say Delta will be devastated to hear her toyboy ex Nick Jonas, 25, is now seriously dating Westworld actress Angela Sarafyan, 34 (in Tweet above).
“Delta is going to find that tough to come to terms with,” tells an insider. “He’s the one that got away.”
