Over the weekend, Karl Stefanovic and his wife Jasmine Yarbrough announced the safe arrival of their daughter, Harper May Stefanovic.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Harper was born on Friday, May 1 via a planned cesarean section at Sydney’s Royal North Shore Private.
“Harper and Jasmine are doing well and dad had a great night’s sleep. I am in awe. Harper is absolutely perfect,” proud new father-of-four Karl said in a statement announcing the happy news.
Harper is Karl’s fourth child – he shares his three eldest children Jackson, 20, Ava, 14 and River, 12, with his ex-wife Cassandra Thorburn.
And now, a slew of A-list stars have rushed to send their messages of congratulations to the A-list couple.
Allison Langdon and David Campbell
On Monday morning, Karl’s Today co-host Allison Langdon and David Campbell congratulated their colleague on-air, joking that Harper looked just like mum Jasmine.
“We are so excited because the Today show has a tiny new addition. Karl and his gorgeous wife Jasmine brought their little girl into the world on Friday. He left here in a hurry after work, he did!” Allison said.
“That’s a beautiful baby. I’m just going to say it now, that’s Jas! Congratulations guys, get a little bit of rest if you can and we cannot wait to meet her.”
“What I love about babies too when they come out, the perfect manicure they have. That’s a beautiful baby. Looks like her mum, luckily,” Karl’s fill-in host David agreed.

Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O
Meanwhile, KIIS FM radio star Kyle Sandilands‘ message to the new father was nowhere near as heartfelt.
The shock jock admitted he couldn’t help but tease Karl about having a baby after he had his vasectomy reversed.
“I sent filthy things to him… So he sends me a photo of the baby and I wrote back: ‘Who dis?’ I didn’t… Before he sent me the photo, I said, ‘my spies tell me now is the time to say congratulations. Your c—k still works. Probably tastes like s–t but kisses to the family. Good on him. Another Stefanovic I’ll never know the name of,” Kyle said.
Thankfully his co-host Jackie “O” Henderson send a much more thoughtful text to Karl.
“My message was the complete opposite to yours! So I said, ‘I don’t know if the rumours are true but if it is, just wanted to send my love to you guys. Hope all is going well. This is such an exciting and beautiful time for you both. Sending you love and lots of happiness. Love Jackie,'” Jackie explained.

Karl’s new management team
Karl recently left his longterm manager Sharon Finnigan for Mark Morrissey and it looks like the Karl’s new team couldn’t be more thrilled for him.
“Morrissey Management announces and welcomes their newest client – Harper May Stefanovic. Harper is now available for all media, network and radio opportunities,” Karl’s team joked.
Richard Wilkins and Rebecca Maddern
Karl’s longtime friend and colleague Richard Wilkins first confirmed the exciting news on the Weekend Today Show.
“We just have received word from our wonderful friend and colleague Karl Stefanovic that he and his wife Jasmine have welcomed their beautiful baby girl, Harper May. She was born just after midday yesterday. We send them all our love,” Wilkins said on air.
“To Karl and Jas, you guys are going to love this special time in your life. They deserve all the happiness that’s coming their way.”
“She is perfect. There is nothing that can compare to that burst of love in the first few days. Congratulations to Karl and Jas, can’t wait for a cuddle… When we’re allowed to cuddle, whenever that is,” Rebecca Maddern added.
