Carrie Bickmore has released a gorgeous photo of her newborn daughter, Adelaide.
Taking to her Instagram, the mother-of-three posted a picture of the 2-day-old, sleeping soundly in a gorgeous onesie, and looking utterly adorable.
"The nights are long (forgot how long)...but the years are short," she captioned the pic. "Treasuring every moment. #Adelaide"
On Sunday, Carrie revealed that she and her husband Chris had welcomed the new arrival with a special photograph of the three of them.
In the adorable pic, Carrie and Chris are seen looking in love with their tiny new arrival, but it's the new bub's nickname that really had our hearts melting.
"Welcome to the world little ADELAIDE (or Addie as your siblings have already started calling you)," she wrote. "We are absolutely besotted with you."
Chris also posted the sweet first family photo, giving the Gold Logie winner a shout-out for her amazing work during the birth.
"Welcome Adelaide (Addie). You are a day old and already just the best. Addie arrived at 1:38pm yesterday and mum was a superstar. Ollie and Evie are in love with their baby sister," Chris sweetly penned.
Proud Dad Chris shared another gorgeous photo of their bub, surrounded by the Richmond Tigers.
In the caption he wrote: "Little Adelaide is a Tiger", referring to the families love of the AFL team.
The new baby joins two older siblings - Carrie's eldest child Oliver, 10, who she had with her late husband Greg Lange, and her first daughter with Chris, three-year-old Evie Walker. We're confident they'll be proud as punch.
The new mum-of-three's Project co-stars were quick to send their love with Lisa Wilkinson writing: "Beautiful news. Huge congrats. xxx."
"Sending my social media love your way. A public congrats to you all," co-host Peter Helliar wrote.
Carrie hasn't shied away from being candid throughout her pregnancy, revealing plenty of the highs and lows - not to mention showing off her growing bump on our screens every night as she hosts The Project!
In November, Carrie shared some rather unconventional pregnancy photos with her co-host Tommy Little which had us in stitches. And if the images are anything to go by, it looks like Carrie was more than ready to pop!
In a few telling moments on her radio show, Carrie & Tommy the blonde mum opened up about how difficult the first trimester was when it came to her third pregnancy.
"Until this week I felt so sick - 24 hours a day, like, I mean so sick," she said.
"I didn't even think I had the energy to work out... to even get my head around what was happening... I'm feeling 50 percent better, which weirdly feels like completely better."
But morning sickness aside, there's no denying Carrie has looked incredible throughout her pregnancy.
We cannot wait to see more pictures of Addie and the rest of their beautiful family!
