Victoria’s Secret model Candice Swanepoel has shared the first picture of her new baby son – and it seems that striking a pose is genetic!
The 27-year-old made an official birth announcement on her Instagram page with a black and white image of her darling bub, along with the caption: “Life is sweet. Anacan (Anacã) 5th-October-2016.”
Anacã is the first child of Candice and her fiancé Hermann Nicoli. The couple, who have been together for over 10 years, named their son after a Brazilian word for a type of bird.

Candice kept her nearly 10 million Instagram followers updated throughout her pregnancy by regularly sharing pictures of her growing bump.
She first announced that she was expecting back in March with a sweet picture shared online.
Photographer and close friend of the star Jerome Duran congratulated the couple by sharing a nude photo of Swanepoel during her pregnancy.
“THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MAMA Congratulations!! @angelcandices @hermannicoli Welcome Anacã!!! Already sooo much LOVE for you and the new family!” he captioned the image.
Candice first announced the name of her unborn child at her safari-themed baby shower in August.
Her friend and fellow Victoria’s Secret angel Behati Prinsloo also recently welcomed her first child with husband Adam Levine – a girl, named Dusty Rose.
