After her very public split from husband Geoffrey, the Melbourne socialite may have a new love in her life.
Since being back on the singles scene, Brynne Edelsten has been a regular visitor to Melbourne nightspot Eve Nighcub – and this may have set the scene for a budding new romance.
Club promoter Alex Roberts and Brynne have formed a bond, according to friends of the couple, and they are in the very early stages of courtship.
Alex is one of Melbourne’s most well regarded nightclub promoters and spends much of his time at Eve, which just happens to be Brynne’s favourite hang-out. She and a few close friends regularly hit the town.
“I’ve gotten to know enough people to choose carefully and I’m a good judge of character … so I have a really good, close-knit group of girlfriends,” she said.
Brynne revealed earlier this year that her marriage to Dr Geoffrey Edelsten was over after four years, although the couple still share an apartment and are going through lawyers to sort out a separation.
