The Hollywood star was moved to tears after his daughter Rumer Willis’s phenomenal performances during the American Dancing with the Stars finale.
Her first dance was a Foxtrot, set to Hozier’s Take Me to Church. The emotional performance was flawless and the star gained perfect scores.
The show’s co-host Erin Andrews noticed the proud papa couldn’t hide his emotion.
“Your dad was in absolute tears in that audience. Look at him, Die Hard, baby, Die Hard,” she said to the talented 26-year-old in reference to Bruce's 1988 blockbuster film.
Even younger daughter Tallulah noticed her dad’s tears and took to Instagram to share a snap of the tender moment.
“Look at this cutie tearing up from my insanely magical sisters dance. We are all so proud of you Rue. EVERYONE PLEASE VOTE!! PLEASE SHE HAS WORKED SO HARD. 1 (855) 234-5610 #VALENRUE,” she captioned of her dad smiling and tearing up.
And just like Bruce, Demi Moore was totally moved by her daughter’s blossoming transformation.
Rumer, the daughter of Hollywood royalty, admitted that the show had changed her life.
“I was so scared my whole life to try anything or to fail,” the 26-year-old, said in her pre-performance interview. “[Val] didn’t really ever let me. And I’ve never really had anybody that’s believed in me like that.”
Rumer has a legion of A-Listers supporting her on the show, including former step-dad Ashton Kutcher. The father to daughter Wyatt urged everyone to vote for his one-time step daughter.
“Rumer I'm so proud of you. You are an artist of movement. Vote!” Ashton tweeted.
Before adding: “to do that with a broken toe!?Wtf? @iamValC thank you for show casing how beautiful we know @TheRue is!”
The tweets from celebrity fans didn’t stop there, with Miley Cyrus, Gwyneth Paltrow and Sofia Vergara just some of the famous faces amazed by the talented dancer.
The winner of Dancing With the Stars will be crowned in America on May 19th.
