The lawsuit alleges that before the 22-year-old was tragically found unconscious in a bathtub six months ago, Nick physically abused her, kept a very close watch on her personal life and stole thousands of dollars from her.
It also claims on one occasion he knocked out her teeth and dragged her up a set of stairs by her hair.
The 25-year-old was at a Starbucks in Longwood, Florida on Sunday when he was served, with a bystander capturing the moment on camera.
In the footage, which was obtained by the New York Daily News, upon receiving the explosive envelope Nick summons a simple and hushed “thank you.”
When an onlooker questions him about the package, Nick responds: “I have no idea,” before playing on his phone.
