Gogglebox star Yvie Jones looks unrecognisable in decade-old throwback snap

Appearing regularly on Gogglebox before leaving the show, Yvie Jones is known to most of her fans as a blonde

But in a resurfaced photo posted by a longtime friend on Instagram, the TV star looks completely unrecognisable.

Instead of her gorgeous blonde tresses, Yvie, 46, once sported equally beautiful brown locks – and she looks SO different as she posed side by side with her friend Annette.

Annette captioned the shot, “Nek minute” and tagged Yvie, while the Gogglebox star also reposted the image and added: “12 yrs difference”

Yvie found fame appearing alongside her best friend Angie Kent on Gogglebox, attracting fans for their candid and relatable comments about other TV shows.

Angie, 29, is currently looking for love on The Bachelorette and in a recent episode, Yvie made a cameo and had everyone in stitches with a fun-filled hen’s party that saw fan-favourite Ciarran stripping off.

And while Ciarran volunteered to disrobe and be a nude model during a life-drawing class, Yvie previously spilled to Now To Love that the episode wasn’t supposed to turn out that way.

“There was an actual model there, the poor model had to sit with us and do nothing. Ciarran had his hand up that quickly and we were all thinking ‘What are we in for?'” Yvie revealed.

Brave Ciarran bared all during the group date, with Yvie not hiding her excitement about getting a glimpse of his well-sculpted physique.

“I thought maybe there would be a nude brief or G-string of some kind but no,” Yvie said.

“He was letting it all out for Mother England that one. And it was worth it, it’s a shame you guys won’t be able to see what we saw but you’ll just have to trust me, it’s all lovely.”
