Kim Kardashian's plastic surgery transformation

Her little sister Kylie Jenner may be famous for her lip fillers, but Kim Kardashian’s plastic surgery ventures are a little more subtle.

The reality star and entrepreneur has long denied having implants in her trademark derriere but when it comes to her face, there have been a few little tweaks and Kim herself has spoken about the work she’s had done.

In 2012, the mum-of-four told Harper’s Bazaar: “Everyone always thinks I’ve had my nose done or my lips done or just anything to my face like besides Botox, which to me isn’t plastic surgery.”

Back in February 2019, Kim once again denied having a nose job, adding that her makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic contours her face in a way that changes the appearance of her nose.

“I never had my nose done,” she told Dedivanovic, according to PEOPLE. “Everyone thought I did, and I said wait until I have kids because your real features come out.”

“Pictures, I swear, I look at them and would be like, ‘Wow the bump looks so much bigger in some pictures than in others.'”

In 2013, Kim also denied getting liposuction, saying, “I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight! This is FALSE. I worked so hard to train myself to eat right & healthy, I worked out so hard & this was such a challenge for me but I did it!!! I’m so proud of my accomplishment & NO ONE will take this away from me with fake reports!… Say what u want about me but I work hard & am the most disciplined person you will ever meet!”

But in 2022 Kim confessed to Allure magazine that she has “a little bit of Botox” in between her brows but has stayed away from filler.

“No filler. Never filled either one, ever,” she told the publication.

“I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything. I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips,” she added.

However, she does have a fondness for laser treatments.

“I care. I really, genuinely care about looking good. I probably care more than 90 percent of the people on this planet,” she said.

“It’s not easy when you’re a mum and you’re exhausted at the end of the day or you’re in school, and I’m all of the above. I do my beauty treatments usually late at night. After everyone’s in bed, I’m doing laser treatments.”
