She's already made quite an impression on the Australian public for her bold ventures in finding love on-screen, but former Bachelorette Ali Oetjen is addressing something rather different now, and we weren't expecting it.
Taking to her Instagram story on Wednesday, the reality TV star, who is known for her striking blonde locks and curvaceous figure shared a rather surprising update about her appearance.
We know her as someone who definitely isn't shy of putting a lot of thought into her physique given her work in health and wellness, but this particular update is going to change things up quite a lot for her.
Sharing a series of candid videos on her Instagram story showing off her figure in a sports bra and trackies, the blonde 32-year-old, who is in a relationship with her winning suitor Taite Radley, wrote: "Breast reduction news!"
Yep, safe to say she immediately had our attention on this one.
Continuing her story, Ali explained: "I'm having my breast reduction in 2 days on Friday & will document my experience".
She revealed that she would be going down to half the size she currently has in order to suit her body shape.
In a final snap, Ali shared a longer explanation about why she's going ahead with the procedure.
While the writing across the image is a little hard to read, it looks like the starlet said: "To everyone that said they're huge / too big, you hurt my feelings."
She continued: "To myself I will never change my body for anyone, ever. The lesson learnt when I was strongest."
She then said she can't wait to look her natural size again.
Previously, Ali has been candid about her plastic surgery, admitting that she regrets parts of it.
Speaking to The Sunday Telegraph, she revealed: "My boobs were not money well spent."
"When I got them done, I did it for someone else. I thought it would make them happy... If I had my time over, I would not have gotten them done."
She also admitted she feels the same about the work she's previously had done to her face.
"I have also had my lips done, ages ago, and won't do it again. I would only ever have plastic surgery again to get my breast implants removed. I do not like my boobs."
We applaud her for taking some action now, and we can't wait to see a happy and healthy Ali - no matter what her body looks like!
